Hello everyone,

     Since 2008 I have been fortunate enough to be one of the science teachers here at Starmount High. While teaching here I have taught Earth and Environmental Science, Physical Science, Biology, and AP Biology. I actually graduated from Starmount in 2002 then went on to get my Bachelor's degree from Appalachian State. My degree is actually in Secondary Education in Biology, and for that reason I am probably a little biased towards life sciences. I have been coaching Men's tennis since 2009 and will continue to do so in the 2020 season. I also currently teach Drivers Education. I currently live in Boonville where two of my  three children attend school. I am a product of Yadkin County Schools and very proud to be teaching at Starmount High School.
