Career and Technical Education Testing (CTE)

Career and Technical Education Testing (CTE) courses our many of our vocational courses in C and E building.
There is a wide variety of ways of measuring performance in CTE courses. Some courses have Performance Based Measures, some have credential exams and others have state assessments. Performance Based Measures and credential exams are given during the school semester. Courses with performance based measures and credential exams will still have teacher made final exams and students can be exempt based on the district exam exemption policy. State assessments are given during the exam window (the last 5 days of each semester). State assessments are required and will count as the exam grade (20% of the overall grade).
